Legal information

The Nunavik Parks section is an administrative body within the Kativik Regional Government's (hereinafter KRG) Renewable Resources Department.

By entering this Web site, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein (hereafter the "Terms of Use"). Navigating the Web site of Nunavik Parks including the activation of any of the hypertext links signify your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use.

1. Non-liability Clause

Nunavik Parks designed its Web site for purposes of diffusing general information. Although Nunavik Parks tries to present the information on the site with the utmost care and diligence in terms of reliability at the time of presentation, it is possible that some of this information may be erroneous or inexact. This enable us to process and follow up on your requests, while strictly respecting our security procedures.

We also ask for your telephone numbers so we can contact you rapidly in case of a problem regarding your requests or with delivery.

When you register your address on the Nunavik Parks Web site or send us comments which require a return of information, your e-mail address is essential to us. Accessing our services is thus very simple.

We also need this information if you wish to enter in one of our contests, be notified of a special promotion, subscribe to Nunavik Parks newsletters, register on the mailing list or respond to surveys.

We also use this information to enhance the presentation and organization of our products and services, advise you about changes and new services found on our Web site, and to let you know about any special offers that matches your preferences and interests.
